Aileena is a-may-za-hing. She gave us the BEST service we have encountered on our long trip of relocating to Texas from Indianapolis. Clean hotel, pet friendly and the best service around. Give her a raise bc she definitely has proven how valuable she is to this hotel. We’ll be staying again.

This hotel by Katy Mills Mall was absolutely beautiful! Very well kept, clean, and you can tell it's run with care. The supervisor on duty, Aileena, was TOP TIER with her customer service. Her personality reminded me of someone from a TV show, very sweet, strong, and soft-spoken. She was training a new team member in and was so good at showing him the ropes. The ONLY THING that I could find wrong with this hotel was that the pool wasn't heated. The hotel earned 5 stars because of Aileena. But the pool being freezing cold for its guests definitely made it so that I won't be returning based on that alone. Make that change, guys, and I will return!
I have been sending my tech and installers for several months now. They can park their service vehicle here and they have never been broken into.
I like this hotel, it’s very convenient and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating, especially the front desk staff. The breakfast is good they have a variety from toast, waffles, eggs, potatoes— a nice well balanced. The location is convenient right across from Katy Mill Mall, walking distance!! My room is spacious and clean!!
My stay was beautiful and I only have two suggestions I would give. One is to please update the pool heating equipment so it can properly work. The pool was super cold and myself nor senior grandmother couldn’t enjoy it. Lastly, update the breakfast area chairs. The chairs set so low and were not at proper height level for the style tables that was present. Oh, one more thing change out the breakfast meat. Sausage cool but let’s change it up and have more options for your guess whom may not eat sausage.
Perfect location for our Texans game trip — easy to get around without the traffic hassle. Great breakfast, super friendly staff, and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. This might just be our new go-to hotel in Houston!
Spent the last couple weeks here. I was working a job at the mall and had to work nights. The hotel is right smack in the parking lot of the mall so it was very convenient. ID LIKE TO GIVE A BIG SHOUT TO MISS VANESSA FROM THE FRONT DESK. She made our stay very comfortable during our stay. She was very attentive, sweet, caring, charismatic, friendly and anything else you can think of. I appreciate her and wish nothing the best for her for the hospitality. The whole crew is also very good! Super clean hotel. Great breakfast with food always stocked! Very good pricing. I’d stay here 100 million more times if I could. Miss Vanessa if you see this!
